Member of Research Advisory Committee for Equine Research Centre, Hissar from 2008 to 2010 and for Goat Research Institute, Makhdoom, Mathura till 2016. He having more than 90 in journals and workshop proceedings

Worked with National Dairy Development Board, Anand, as consultant for strengthening extension services and adoption of participatory approach for 5 year, SUZLON Foundation, at Pune for 3 years, Animal Husbandry Departments of M.P., Gujarat & Andhra for Livestock Policy. Member, Board of Management of N.D. Vet. & Animal Sciences University, Jabalpur till 2016, Maharashtra State Livelihood Mission (MSRLM) as consultant for 3 years and Creative Agri Solutions Pvt. Ltd. –CASPL (2014-15) of Bill & Miranda Gates Foundation - Strategy for Intervention in Goat sector in Bihar and Odisha states.

His contribution to the sector is remarkable and afterwards started the journey with Winrock International for training senior livestock officers from Bangladesh, Food and Agriculture Organization(FAO) of the UN, for livestock related projects in Indonesia, Philippines, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar and Nepal, DFID supported Rural Livelihood Project, in Madhya Pradesh, as consultant for livestock component from 2005 to 2008, World Bank in 2010 and 2011 for making Project Implementation Plan for Livestock component of Kosi project in Bihar.

Dr. Mishra has been associated as professor of Rural Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management of development organizations. He is credited with bringing in major policy reforms in the country for Cluster Efficiency approach in informal sector and rural enterprises. He holds 24 years of experience in the areas of rural development, promotion, conceptualizing, implementing and providing business development and counselling services to micro-enterprises. With several teaching, training, action research and policy formulation assignments both within and overseas.

He has worked with Becton Dickinson and Co. (BD) as its Managing Director, leading its South Asia operations. He was a member of the worldwide leadership team of BD, which is a Fortune 500 medical technology company. Under his leadership, BD grew into a company with manufacturing, R&D and marketing operations in India. Prior to joining CARE, Mr. Manoj led HCL’s healthcare business as its CEO, where he pioneered the development of primary ambulatory care centres in Delhi NCR, in partnership with Johns Hopkins International.

He is the Co-founder and Chairman of Prozela Healthcare, a professional services firm enabling medical technology companies and healthcare providers to design and execute transformative initiatives for accelerating their growth and impact.

Prof. Punniamurthy worked on the various practices like Usage of Ethno-Veterinary Practices (EVP), Strategic breeding programs, Improved animal health and production, Milk quality improvement, Policy engagement and Integration of EVP in veterinary and livestock production education. He has written 36 research papers and publications in his tenure and continuing.

His credentials include as Member of subgroup ( 12th five year plan ) on conservation of breeds, Planning Commission, Govt. of India; member of steering committee on conservation of threatened breeds under the chair of Secretary, Dept of Animal Husbandry, Ministry of Agriculture, New Delhi (2009-2010), World Technology Award for Environment for the year 2003 by World Technology Network, London and Jamnalal Bajaj Award 2015 for outstanding contribution for promotion of Science and Technology in rural areas at Mumbai.

SEVA has been a member of "Honey Bee Network" and it collaborates with organizations and volunteers in other language regions of the country for the purpose of knowledge networking. SEVA also publishing a local news letter in Tamil for communicating indigenous knowledge, sustainable farming practices, innovations in agriculture, animal husbandry and natural resource management. Dr. Neil working with World Vision India for past 27 years in serving the poor through various Development Initiatives in India. Mr. Sharma is a development cum inclusive finance expert with over 28 years of experience. He also worked in Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Italy, Kenya, Lao PDR, Nepal, the Philippines, Papua New Guinea, Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Sweden and Vietnam. He also worked with Small Industries Development Bank of India as AGM.

Mr. Sharma oversees Institutional Development & Support; Digital Transformation, Fin Tech-related initiatives, Value Chains Financing & Development; SME; Environment Financing and Capital Advisory Services Practice Groups at MSC. He leads downscaling projects for commercial banks, developing sustainable savings products for small entrepreneurs and clients by building institutional capacity of MFIs.

Mr. Sharma has been involved with digital governance initiatives, more specifically digital ID and payment systems. He has been working extensively with the government of India on digitization of social benefits transfers’ in areas such as food, fertilizer and fuel. He has also played a key role in MSC’s digital financial services domain, supporting strategy development and agent network management for a variety of banks in India, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Papua New Guinea.

Dr. Upadhyay completed his academic from 1975 batch of Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture and Technology Pantnagar and alumnus of Institute of Rural Management, Anand (IRMA), is a seasoned professional with over three decades of experience across government, not-for-profits & corporate.

He has pioneered several innovative successful models that exist in the development sector today; including Mother Dairy Fruits and Vegetable - “Safal”; an integrated rural water supply, sanitation project for 1000 villages and 10 towns in Rajasthan – “Aapni Yojana”; Bastar Integrated Development Project for Royal Danish Embassy and Health of the urban poor program for USAID/ PFI.

He has been an expert with Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA), he was on board of National Trust, Jan Sthirta Kosh and Global Compact Network. He has conducted and commissioned research studies for USAID, UNDP and IIED London. Dr. Upadhyay headed the FICCI Aditya Birla CSR Centre for Excellence.

Dr. Reddy is a senior Faculty Member in BIRD, a premier training institute promoted by National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD). He received his post graduate degree in Poultry Science from College of Vet. Science, Rajendranagar. After a brief stint as Veterinary Assistant Surgeon in the Department of Animal Husbandry, Andhra Pradesh, Dr Reddy joined NABARD during the year 1992 and continuing till date with remarkable contribution to the sector.

Dr Reddy was involved in providing specialised services to the banking community in credit related aspects of Animal Husbandry projects. As a District Head operations in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, he piloted innovative projects under Dairy & Sheep with the assistance under UPNRM-GIZ. Projects like ‘Kamadhenu’ gained recognition for replication in other parts of the country. Dr Reddy was also associated with NABARD Consultancy Services for a period of four years, providing consultancy services in AH domain. Further, Dr Reddy worked for a three year in Agri Business Finance Limited, a subsidiary of NABARD, dealing with direct finance to Hitech Agri Projects. At present, Dr Reddy is working as DGM/Faculty Member in BIRD, Lucknow.
